China is Facing a Difficult Demographic Issue

China is confronted with a significantly more challenging demographic issue compared to the rest of the world. According to UN projections, by 2050, a substantial 23% of China's population will be aged 70 or above, whereas the rest of the world, excluding China, will only have a 10% share in that age group.
